Lactalis Sales Team Portal  – POS Materials Request Form

PLEASE NOTE: Regular quantities of POS Materials can be ordered via the Sales Team Portal at any time and do not require this form. Navigate to the POS Materials library either by using the Quick Link button for ‘Order POS Materials’ (lower right of your dashboard), or by selecting Search Tag ‘Type > POS Materials.’ Add the desired item(s) to your cart and complete your order including quantities, date needed and shipping address. If an item does NOT have the ability to order it, it usually means it’s only available digitally. If an item has a cart but it is greyed out, it usually means stock has been depleted and the re-order process has been initiated.
