PLEASE NOTE:

• You must be registered for the IPC/IISC to be a Galbani Pro,
• Once your registration is validated, you will receive a second email inviting you to place your cheese and monogrammed chef coat order,
• You are responsible for all registration costs for the International Pizza Expo and travel expenses, but entry fees for the IPC and/or IISC will be reimbursed at the event.
